Batik is a process of coloring cloth using a technique night (wax resist) to prevent menyerapan colors. Regarded as a national art of Indonesia, the traditional Indonesian batik is available in dark blue, dark brown and white. Although the origin of the word "batik" is not clear, there is a reference that states that the word "Batik" is derived from a combination of "amba" (or write) and "titik."
